東京⼯科⼤学（TUT、東京都⼋王⼦市、学⻑ ⾹川豊）では、本学と協⼒関係にある⽶国マサチューセッツ⼯科⼤学（以下、MIT）の研究者3名を招き、「ロボットと⼈間との関係」をテーマとした講演やパネルディスカッションを、5⽉20⽇(⽉)に⼋王⼦キャンパスにて開催いたします。
⼀般聴講（来場型またはオンライン）は無料で本学ホームページ申込サイト（https://www.teu.ac.jp/tutmit_workshop/）より受け付けます。なお⾔語は全編英語でのイベントとなります。
本イベントには、ロボットと⼈間の関係やロボットの制御、AIなどの研究を⾏う、MITネビル・ホーガン（Neville Hogan）教授、⽔中で使える新しいロボットなどを研究する同ハリー浅⽥（Harry Asada）教授、⽣物をヒントにしたロボットなどを研究する同ケイトリン・ベッカー（Kaitlyn Becker）助教の3名、本学からは、デザイン学部 相野⾕威雄講師が参加。各⽒による基調講演やパネルスカッションを実施いたします。
